Amira was founded by Master Perfumer Elias Al-Khouri in **India**, born from a desire to bridge traditional Arabian perfumery with local refinement. It began as a small, exclusive atelier dedicated solely to creating authentic, highly concentrated Oud-based elixirs. This was a rebellion against mass-produced scents, focusing instead on limited, artisan batches.
